Pardue Grain Inc., a former grain elevator and pulse processor, will be auctioned through a sealed bid and online auction in September 2020 through Maas. The facility recently underwent an $8.25 million expansion/upgrade, which included a food grade pulse processing facility with workspace, expanded grain handling containers and transportation equipment, as well as a new weighing space and main offices. The best typhoon of delays in the primary structure beyond the will of the owner and the recent pandemic are key points driving the sale.
The main tangible assets will be sold in Tracts or as an entity through a sealed auction with bids that expire on September 15, 2020. The auxiliary device is sold on a case-by-case basis through a scheduled online auction ending September 16, 2020.
Ideally located in Montana’s well-known “Golden Triangle” with its own personal 10-car rail line outside BNSF’s main line, the assets are a fair addition to an established business or give a full footprint for a new entity. Pardue Grain Inc., has many food quality ratings, adding biological and kosher certifications. Tyler Maas, with Maas Companies, says: “We rarely see these kinds of opportunities in this sector. Existing owners are able to facilitate an elegant transition with a new owner after being concerned on the site since its creation in 1959. Bidders are fortunate to have the opportunity to acquire assets in batches or as an entity. Assets are in the best order of operation.”
The sealed auction format allows buyers to submit a written bid for the lot(s) of genuine goods before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on September 15, 2020 to corporate auction (the “sealed bid deadline”); the highest bidder will be contacted through the corporate auction within 24 hours of the deadline of the sealed bid. The auction is a confirmation issue by the advertiser and the owner. The closure will take place on or before October 15, 2020. The auxiliary apparatus will be sold on a case-by-case scale as a component of a scheduled online auction that will start on September 1 and end on September 16, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Mdt. The one-day deadline at the end of the auxiliary auction is to allow the highest real-time bidder of the property to bid on the parts you want to stay on site.
The auction approach is as follows: Tracto 1: 34.71 – Acres Main Factory and device with personal rail branch for 10 cars on the main line of BNSF. Tract 2: Line of internal pulse processing devices that will be moved if sold separately. Tract 3: Complete acquisition of main sections 1 and 2 on the site. Bidders will submit bids to the auction company before the sealed auction deadline and the highest bidder will be contacted through the auction company within 24 hours. The device will be sold through an online timed auction that will only end on September 16, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. Mdt. Support parts are sold in a case-by-case execution and regardless of the auction of genuine goods and processing devices.
Bidders interested in the assets touch the auction company to access all due diligence documents prior to the auction.
Potential buyers are encouraged to inspect assets at the times indicated on a virtual tour or at any time:
